So this is
what we started with; a 1966 Chevy C-10 2WD from Texas and a
wrecked 2006 Chevy crew cab short bed 2500HD with a Duramax
diesel from Missouri. The goal at the start of this
project is for this truck to appear as a 1966 Chevy rolling down
the road. What lies beneath will be the 2006 Duramax drive
train and chassis with a shortened frame, to accommodate the
standard cab long bed. We will be removing the I.F.S. and,
replacing it with a Dana 60 from a late 70's Ford. This
project will be made possible with the help from companies such
as: TOYO TIRES, RBP, AUTOMETER, ATTITUDE AIR
BRUSH AND CUSTOM PAINT, and OFF ROAD DIRECT. We plan to
unveil the truck to Matt at the 4-Wheel Drive Jamboree in
Springfield, IL on June 28-29, 2008 in front of TOYO TIRES/2
Brothers Custom Trucks Booths. Please follow along and,
